Taking Canada as the case study, this analyzes how medium-sized advanced economies redefine their own investment competitiveness against the backdrop of shrinking global FDI and capital concentration in future industries, and examines the investment logic, environmental conditions, and structural constraints of five major sectors: liquefied natural gas, mining, electric vehicles, pharmaceuticals, and data centers.
